<Reporter> About

2pm yesterday, a report was received that a farm machinery warehouse was burning in a farmhouse in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Shin Jin-gyu fire brigade, who was working at the Yongin Fire Department Suji 119 Safety Center, drove a fire truck containing 6 tons of water and headed to the site.

It was not in the jurisdiction, but the fire site was not far away, so we went out to support.

The fire truck arrived at the site about 10 minutes later.

Without hesitation, enter the narrow path leading to the fire scene.

It was a cramped farm road with a width of less than 3m, but the width of a fire truck was over 2.5m.

The vehicle staggers as if the dirt farm was not able to withstand the weight of a fire truck.

It tilted to one side, and the fire truck soon rolled down a 7m ditch.

Fellow firefighters did their best to rescue the new fire brigade, but they died.

[Firefighter: You must have thought that you should turn off the lights and go to the scene. There is only one driveway here, just this thought… .] The

employees who worked with the Shin Fire Department said, "They are usually bright, silent and trustworthy colleagues who have fulfilled their duties with a sense of mission."

The new fire brigade was ordered with a first-class special advancement and the Okjo Geunjeong Medal.

The ceremony will be held at 10 am tomorrow, and the remains will be buried at the National Daejeon Memorial Hall.

The warehouse where the fire broke out was extinguished 25 minutes after the fire broke out without any casualties.
