He said that the background of the movie "The Kite Chaser" produced by Paramount Corporation of the United States took place in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.
After the "911" incident, the United States invaded Afghanistan in the name of anti-terrorism, leaving Afghanistan in a state of war and turmoil, making it difficult to find a place of peace and tranquility. Therefore, the crew chose to shoot in Kashta County, Xinjiang, China.
At the press conference, Xu Guixiang also cited many movie clips that were shot in the ancient city of Kashgar in Xinjiang and Stone Town in Taxkorgan County.
He said that the irony is that the United States launched the war in Afghanistan under the banner of anti-terrorism, not for Afghanistan, nor for the benefit of the Afghan people, but for ulterior motives.
