According to the WeChat public account of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the "Warning Reminder on Preventing Fraud in the Name of Off-campus Training Refunds" on the 7th, stating that recently, some criminals have faked education through fake education. Official documents of the general office of the Ministry, impersonating the staff of relevant institutions, etc., committing fraud crimes in the name of off-campus training refunds, and the harm is serious.

In order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people, the Ministry of Education's Off-campus Education and Training Supervision Department and the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security remind:

  1. Be vigilant when you receive a call claiming that the staff of an off-campus training institution voluntarily refunds the fee.

Relevant policies should be based on the information published on the official websites of government departments. For unidentified matters, please check with administrative departments such as education and public security.

Don't trust documents, phone calls and text messages from unknown sources, and don't give criminals a chance!

  2. The regular refund process will generally be returned to my payment account in the form of the original return. Any request for additional payment during the refund is a fraud!

  3. If you have any questions, you can call 110 or the competent department of the relevant training institution for assistance in time.

If you find that you have been deceived, you should report the case to the public security organ immediately to minimize losses.
