In the meantime, the National Rugby League (LNR) has taken the lead.
The body announced this Thursday that the semi-finals of the Top 14, the French rugby championship, will take place at the Pierre Mauroy stadium on June 18 and 19, 2021.

This is the second time after 2014 that Lille will be the host city of the event.
Canceled this year due to the pandemic, the final phase of Top 14 hopes to make a big comeback next year in the North.
