The law provides for administrative responsibility for unloading or dumping waste from motor vehicles and motor vehicles and trailers outside waste disposal facilities or waste accumulation sites.

The fine for citizens ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles, for officials - from 20,000 to 30,000 rubles, for legal entities - from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.

For a repeated offense, the law offers a double fine with confiscation of the vehicle.

Earlier it became known that in Russia from March 1 comes into force a ban on the disposal of six groups of waste, including computers and household appliances, in trash cans.

In particular, it is forbidden to throw tires, construction and medical waste, chemicals, light bulbs and batteries into garbage containers.

Old furniture should be left at the bulk waste area next to the container.
