  In terms of major distribution of fresh graduates, e-commerce, computer science and technology occupy the top two positions.

With the development of the industry, people's inherent impression of live broadcasting is changing, especially for the "post-95s" and "post-00s" groups who are curious about emerging things, positions related to live broadcasting have gradually become their ideal careers.

According to Zhaopin's recruitment data, the profession of e-commerce anchors ranks in the forefront of "the emerging profession that Gen Z wants to pursue."

  The "Report" pointed out that in the live broadcast job demand, the Internet and e-commerce accounted for 36.26%, and the job demand was the strongest.

Secondly, the recreational, sports, and leisure industries accounted for 25.05%; the media, publishing, film and television, and cultural communication fields accounted for 11.02%.

  The demand for fast-moving consumer goods (food, beverages, tobacco and alcohol, daily chemicals) and retail and wholesale industries mainly selling goods accounted for 3.25% and 2.83% respectively.

  In addition to "selling goods" and "entertainment", live broadcasting is gradually penetrating into the field of professional services.

Professional services and consulting (accounting, law, human resources, etc.) accounted for 3.01% of the job demand, showing an upward trend.

  According to the "Report", in the third quarter of this year, the average monthly salary of live broadcast-related positions rose by 10.78% year-on-year to 10,448 yuan (RMB, the same below).

Among them, the live broadcast product development position has the highest average monthly salary, reaching 26372 yuan.

The average monthly salary of live broadcast teachers, video anchors, and live broadcast business positions also exceeded 10,000 yuan.

  In the third quarter of this year, the proportion of job seekers aged 16-24 in the live broadcast industry accounted for 44.36%, which is close to the proportion of job seekers aged 25-34.

In the third quarter of last year, job seekers aged 16-24 and 25-34 accounted for 39.40% and 50.88%, respectively.

Among job seekers in the live broadcast industry, women account for a higher proportion.
