Jiangxi Procuratorate Decided to Arrest Lin Chuanwei According to Law

  The case of Lin Chuanwei, former party committee member and vice president of the Bank of China Fujian Branch, was suspected of taking bribes. The investigation by the Jiangxi Provincial Supervision Commission was concluded and the case was transferred to the prosecutors for review and prosecution.

After the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has designated jurisdiction, Nanchang City People’s Procuratorate will review and prosecute.

Yunnan Procuratorate Decides to Arrest Pang Xinxiu According to Law

  The case of Pang Xinxiu (director level), former deputy secretary of the county party committee and county head of Huaping County, Yunnan Province, was suspected of accepting bribes. The investigation was concluded by the Lijiang Supervisory Committee and transferred to the Lijiang People’s Procuratorate for review and prosecution.

A few days ago, the Lijiang City People’s Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Pang Xinxiu on suspicion of accepting bribes in accordance with the law, and the case is being further processed.
