The number of cases of coronavirus in the world has exceeded 140 million

To date, according to WHO statistics, 140 322 903 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the world.

The number of deaths from coronavirus has reached 3,003,794.

A total of 751,452,536 vaccinations were made against the infection.

Earlier, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that worldwide, the number of diseases and deaths from COVID-19 "continue to grow at a rate of concern."

According to him, "in a number of countries that previously avoided rapid spread, are now faced with an increase in the number of diseases."
