The investment in medium-sized projects was 49.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.3%. As of the end of July 2020, the national railway operating mileage reached 141,400 kilometers, including 36,000 kilometers of high-speed railways.

The Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong railway and the Anshun-Liupanshui high-speed railway were opened and operated on July 1st and July 8th respectively, which further improved the regional road network structure and injected new momentum into the economic and social development along the route.
