“They are aimed at improving legal regulation and empowering the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs not only to conduct checks on compliance with the forensic requirements of civilian and service weapons, but also cartridges for them,” the press center said.
It is specified that the main executor for the development of the bill is the National Guard.
Earlier, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, proposed to restore the procedure for controlling the circulation of weapons and ammunition by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
