The Ministry of Health and Community Protection studies the challenges faced by doctors, at the country level, during their work in the first line of defense to confront the Corona virus (Covid-19), with the aim of improving the management of health services and developing mechanisms for their provision. The Ministry called on health professionals to participate in a questionnaire that monitors their views and aspirations, and through which they can disclose their requirements to enhance the capabilities of the health system.

The questionnaire covered several axes, most notably measuring the satisfaction of doctors with their work, especially aspects related to the infrastructure of the health sector, the availability of resources (such as medical equipment and supplies), praise and appreciation from colleagues, supervisors, and society, the degree of satisfaction with the management of the hospital or clinic, opportunities for specialization and promotion, and returns Finance, and the availability of continuing education opportunities (such as training courses and seminars).

The questionnaire also presented to monitor and evaluate health and psychological well-being, the quality of life of health personnel, the balance between life and work, and physical health.

And monitor the doctors' opinions on the challenges and obstacles they face since the outbreak of the pandemic, in facing the disease.

The questionnaire highlighted the support provided by each health institution to its physicians, the extent of the health staff’s satisfaction with the time available for rest, the availability of “Covid-19” checks for work crews, the availability of personal protective equipment, the availability of housing areas and self-isolation housing for work crews, health and safety protocols, and others .
