According to the website of the Ministry of Education, recently, the Ministry of Education has deployed and implemented the 2022 "Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Plan" to carry out employability training for key groups to help trainees enhance their job-seeking confidence and improve employment competitiveness.
In the whole year, 100,000 people will be trained offline and 500,000 people will be trained online.
This is an important part of the Ministry of Education's implementation of the "100-day sprint" series of activities for the employment of college graduates.

The offline training of the "Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Program" is organized and implemented by 135 college graduates' employability training bases across the country, mainly for 2022 and some 2023 college graduates.
The training content includes 10 topics such as self-cognition, career exploration, goal selection, resume making, and interview guidance, covering the entire process of college students from job-hunting preparation to contract employment.
The Ministry of Education requires all training bases in all regions to adhere to the goal orientation, rationally arrange the training time according to the actual work, and not occupy the students' class time.
Encourage all training bases to form a diverse team of teachers, innovate training forms, expand training content, and effectively serve the employment needs of students.
Online training is carried out by the Student Service and Quality Development Center of the Ministry of Education through the National College Graduate Employability Training Network Platform (https://hzzh.chsi.com.cn). The training resources are open to all current students and college students within three years of graduation. .
According to the employment needs of students, the platform integrates "Internet + Employment Guidance" public welfare live courses and high-quality courses provided by well-known enterprises. The number of videos exceeds 2,500, mainly including employment policies, city promotion, industry interpretation, career analysis, etc.
Students can choose according to their actual needs, and the platform will issue learning certification to students who complete specific learning tasks.
It is understood that the "Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Program" is an employment training project for college graduates implemented by the Ministry of Education from 2021.
In 2021, the "Hongzhi Navigation Assistance Program" has completed offline training for 50,497 graduates and online training for 352,000 graduates, effectively helping college graduates improve their employment competitiveness.
