Answering a question from journalists, Peskov noted that the Kremlin "absolutely agree" with the assessment of the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova, who called the reason for the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 "total nihilism" of Russians in relation to preventive measures. 

“Total nihilism, a low level of vaccination, in addition, the insidiousness of the infection itself must also not be forgotten,” said Peskov. 

Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor said that the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in Russia is associated with the "total nihilism" of citizens in relation to preventive measures.
