The Killers would have been one of the main attractions at Lollapalooza this year.
But just a couple of hours before the concert should have started, the Las Vegas-based rock band announces that they are forced to cancel.
Via the festival's Facebook page, the band members write that they are stuck in France - due to mechanical problems with the aircraft.
"We are extremely sorry to be in this situation and not be able to play for you tonight but we will make up for it."
