- In the beginning when you try, you think that they all taste the same, but then when you sit and work back and forth, you actually feel, not big differences, but differences, says Gunilla Hultgren Karell wine expert.

Nine municipalities

The municipalities that competed today were Katrineholm, Strängnäs, Eskilstuna, Uppsala, Nacka, Södertälje, Västerås, Sala and Kungsör.

Two received honorable mentions: Kungsör and Katrineholm.

- You can feel different densities in the water, what mouthfeel it has;

rippling, fresh or slightly heavier.

If the water is dry - it sounds completely crazy but a water can actually be dry, says Pär Strömberg wine expert.

The winners

The four jury members, the above-mentioned beverage experts and Niklas Hjulström, theater director of Länsteatern Västerås and Amir Kheirmand, winners of the competition Sweden's master chef, had finally chosen the two winners who go on to the national final.

They became the municipality of Nacka and Strängnäs.

- It feels excellent and a proof of all the hard work we put in with our water production, says Markus Nylander, head of department Eskilstuna Strängnäs Energi & Miljö.
