Chinanews client, Beijing, November 29. According to data from the National Health Commission, as of June 2021, there are more than 1,600 Internet hospitals across the country.

At the same time, third-party platforms are also developing rapidly.

While Internet medical treatment has gradually become the “just need” of people’s lives, the degree of hospital integration into the Internet is changing. Some well-known large hospitals have continued to improve on Internet services, and some hospital specialties have achieved “Internet breakthroughs”.

On the 28th, the "Internet Helps High-quality Development of Public Hospitals Seminar and 2021 China Hospital Internet Influence Rankings Conference" was held online.

At the meeting, the Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Good Doctor Online released the 2021 Chinese Hospital Internet Influence Rankings, which is the sixth consecutive year that the list has been released.

The Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, based on the real doctor-patient behavior data of the Internet medical platform Good Doctor Online for 15 years, drew a comprehensive ranking of 30 specialist areas for online and offline medical treatment options for patients in 2021.

In 2021, a total of 127 hospitals from 17 provinces are on the list, among which Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou have 34, 25 and 15 hospitals on the list respectively.

In terms of the number of departments on the list, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital, and Xijing Hospital rank the top three; in terms of Internet medical service satisfaction, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Fudan University Affiliated Huashan Hospital, and Peking University First Hospital are ranked Top three.

According to Chen Qiulin, the leader of the "China Hospital Interconnection Impact Research Group" and deputy director of the Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the study found that the degree of hospital integration into the Internet is changing, and the influence of the Internet is also changing.

He said that many well-known large hospitals in the country are also excellent in Internet services and continue to improve. Both the number of departments on the list and the ranking on the list are increasing, and the Internet influence has always been in the lead.

For example, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Peking University First Hospital, Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Huashan Hospital, etc.

In addition, some hospitals have achieved "Internet breakthroughs."

Chen Qiulin introduced that there are some hospital specialties that are not particularly well-known across the country. All doctors in the entire department can earnestly serve old patients and accumulate new patients on the Internet, so that the level of diagnosis and treatment and service can be improved. The more patients trust, the greater the influence of the Internet.

Zhang Hao, Dean of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, believes that after the new crown epidemic, it has truly entered the spring of Internet medical care.

Internet medical care has become the consensus of rigid needs and the whole society.

The symbiosis of the hospital Internet platform and the third-party platform should be summarized as "cooperation, win-win, embrace, and dance together".

"These are two mutually inclusive platforms." Zhang Hao emphasized that chronic disease management, hospitals' own unique examinations, and appointment of imaging data can only be done by Internet hospitals with a hospital as a platform, and there are multiple hospitals, specialists, and doctors. Smart choices and more fragmented time applications are the outstanding features of third-party platforms. These two platforms should complement each other.

Chen Qiulin believes that Internet medical care is a supplement and extension of offline medical care, and an important means to transform the service model to a more people-oriented and health-centered service model.

But at the same time, it is necessary to promote the standardization and standardization of Internet medical service products; in line with the direction of medical reform, to prevent offline problems from becoming online.
