The fourth dose of the Corona vaccine .. Germany resolves the controversy

The German newspaper Rheinische Post reported today, Saturday, that Health Minister Karl Lauterbach does not expect that the fourth dose of vaccines against Covid-19 will be mandatory as long as the person has received a third dose of the vaccine, in the event that the country decides to make vaccination compulsory.

And the minister told the newspaper: "Anyone who has received three doses of vaccines against corona today or in the future has a good basic immunization. The three doses currently will be sufficient if vaccination becomes mandatory."

He added that the German government was working on the need to provide evidence of vaccination rather than urging vaccination.

"Doctors are not obligated to urge people to get vaccinated," he added, referring to the reaction of public health care doctors who oppose compulsory vaccination in their practice.
