Yesterday, the Football Association concluded cooperation agreements with the Ministries of Education, Culture, Youth and Community Development, as part of the 2038 strategic plan launched by the Football Association, which aims to involve various bodies and institutions to increase the number of football practitioners, and develop the levels of players technically, educationally, socially and culturally.

The signing of the agreements was attended by the President of the Football Association Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Culture and Youth Noura Al Kaabi, and Minister of Community Development Hessa Buhumaid.

The terms of the agreements included laying down new foundations to enhance the integration of youth, students and community members in the game of football, according to a common framework, to achieve a healthy quality of life, under the umbrella of "Sports for All".

The agreement with the Ministry of Education targets a number of male and female students, with the participation of technical teams from both sides, and included several axes, including: exchanging information and knowledge, qualifying technical, professional and administrative cadres, and organizing seminars and conferences.

The agreement signed by the Football Association with the Ministry of Culture and Youth also provided for joint cooperation in services related to sports media content, through the Media Regulation Office, in addition to the work services of sports media professionals specialized in football, and limiting them to a common database.

On the other hand, the agreement with the Ministry of Community Development aimed to exchange information and knowledge, joint cooperation in seminars and conferences related to community initiatives, and participate in the preparation of presentations, publications, marketing materials, and materials supporting community development programs.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed that "the agreements are of great importance in improving the social and educational character of the football players in the UAE, and we hope that the joint efforts will achieve their goal for an educational sports community."

In a press statement, he said, "We are pleased with the great response from all national institutions, within the framework of their pioneering and important role for the youth of the nation," noting that the new agreements are an important and new step in joint cooperation and promoting knowledge exchange, as a priority within the Federation's strategy.

For her part, Minister of Community Development Hessa Buhumaid Al-Taawon said: "We are pleased to continue the partnership with the Football Association, which aims to spread community awareness and strengthen the bonds of affection and friendship among all members of society."

She added, "We look forward to cooperation in seminars and conferences related to community initiatives, and support in any initiative launched by the two parties from a societal point of view," stressing the importance of ensuring that work continues to implement the launched initiatives and follow up with those concerned in this field, and that success will only be achieved by Through mutual coordination with various parties.

In turn, Noura Al Kaabi stressed that the cooperation agreements between the Football Association and the ministries and government institutions come within the framework of supporting creative initiatives towards serving the Emirati community as a whole, and the youth and sports sector in particular.

She added: "Thanks to the support of the wise leadership, the UAE has been proactive in empowering young people, preparing them to assume responsibility, and involving them in decision-making, as the sports sector is an important part of youth training, and such initiatives aim to support and establish policies and strategic plans for young people, as they are the energy and driving forces." countries, and the basis for crossing into the future.”
