On May 25, the Three Gorges Group's 3,000-ton azimuth crane was successfully launched at the China Merchants Industry Haimen Base in Jiangsu.
The ship is the first professional wind power construction ship in China that integrates deep-sea wind power foundation transportation and lifting construction, and meets the high industry standards for offshore engineering construction operations. It is a multi-functional and high-tech offshore engineering. The crane ship is also a key project for China Merchants Industry to promote the building of a "big country".
The project is a self-propelled floating crane type, equipped with an eight-point mooring positioning system and a DP-2 level dynamic positioning system.
