Well-known experts and scholars from both sides of the strait conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the theme of "deepening cross-strait integrated development and building a cross-strait common market" through the "online + offline" approach.

  Zhou Ning, vice chairman of the Association for Cross-Strait Relations, delivered a video speech. He said that to promote the construction of a cross-strait common market, it is necessary to maintain the political foundation of the "92 Consensus", build consensus, grasp the opportunities of the "14th Five-Year Plan", explore new ways, and use Resources such as think tanks are advancing steadily and focusing on practical results.

It is hoped that scholars on both sides of the strait will provide advice and suggestions for the establishment of a long-term mechanism with cross-strait characteristics, combine actuality, innovate ideas, and promote the realization of cross-strait complementary advantages and mutual benefit and win-win results.

He pointed out that strengthening cross-strait industrial cooperation and building a cross-strait common market is an important manifestation of promoting the peaceful and integrated development of cross-strait relations, conforms to the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation and the overall trend of great rejuvenation, and conforms to the common vision and well-being of compatriots on both sides of the strait.

  In his speech, Zhan Huosheng, chairman of the Taiwan Cross-Strait Common Market Foundation, believes that facing the status quo of cross-strait relations, the two sides of the strait should uphold the concept of "industrial cooperation, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and co-prosperity".
