The Egyptian Ahmed Omar leads the Sharjah Basket, succeeding Abdel Hamid

The Department of Collective Games at Sharjah Sports Club announced its contract with Egyptian coach Ahmed Omar to lead the first basketball team in the new season 2022-2023, to succeed national coach Abdel Hamid Ibrahim.


The Sharjah Basket is the fifth stop in the Egyptian coach Ahmed Omar’s 17-year career with the state’s clubs.
