The Dubai Cycling Challenge kicks off on November 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road

This challenge, which is sponsored by DB World Group, is an affirmation of Dubai's leading global position as the preferred place to live, the preferred destination for tourism in the world, and the first fitness city in the world, as Dubai hosts dozens of sports and recreational activities within its annual calendar. To encourage residents and residents to follow a more active and happy lifestyle, and provide modern tracks and paths in various regions of the Emirate dedicated to cycling and using them for daily transportation.

The "Dubai Cycling Challenge" is one of the most prominent activities of the fifth session of the "Dubai Fitness Challenge", as it receives participants of different physical abilities and skills with options for beginners and amateurs as well as professional athletes. The challenge consists of two tracks, one of which is 14 kilometers long, and is intended for people aged 10 years and over, where the race begins and ends in five locations within Sheikh Zayed Road and Financial Center Street, while allowing thousands of participants to see the wonderful sights of the city, Such as: The Museum of the Future, famous for its innovative design, Emirates Towers, and Downtown Dubai. As for the other trail, it extends over 4 kilometers, and is suitable for families and children, who can spend fun times, as well as enjoy the stunning views around Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and Burj Khalifa.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge, in its fifth edition, offers a full schedule of free sports activities, fitness classes, and well-being activities within a wide range of events spread across the city, which includes three fitness villages in: Kite Beach, Expo 2020 Dubai, and Mushrif Park, This is in addition to 14 fitness centers in residential and commercial complexes around Dubai, and more than 5,000 free sports classes.
