According to the data at 13:40 Moscow time, the dollar fell by 92 kopecks and amounted to 70.18 rubles.

The euro exchange rate fell by 98 kopecks - to 81.67 rubles.

Earlier, Anna Bodrova, senior analyst at IAC Alpari, gave a forecast of the ruble exchange rate in October.
