China News Service, September 27. According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, from September 26, the visa, authentication, and notarization business procedures will be adjusted as follows:

1. Notarization business

  1. The applicant should send the application materials to the email address of the embassy in Bangladesh, consult_bgd@mfa.gov.cn.

  2. The embassy will complete the pre-review within 2 working days after receiving the email.

If the materials are correct, the applicant will be notified of the offline processing time and subsequent payment, evidence collection and other matters.

  3. Applicants are not allowed to bring unrelated personnel with them when they come to the library according to the notification time.

2. Visa and certification business

  1. The applicant should mail the materials to the Embassy in Bangladesh (mailing address: Consular Office, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh, Plot#2&4, Block I, Embassy Road, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh).

  2. The embassy will notify the applicant by phone within 4 working days after receiving the materials.

  The above business handling methods are temporarily adjusted during the closure of the consulate hall. Please pay attention to the relevant change notices on the embassy website in a timely manner.
