In the clip above: The Norwegian camping guests that Värmland has been red-listed again.

Haganäset's camping outside Charlottenberg has been almost empty most of the summer. As soon as the news that Värmland was marked green, on July 24, the guests poured in. They had stood ready at the border in a long caravan of cars.

However, it was not more than three weeks before the Norwegian government red-listed Värmland again and the border is thus "closed" again.

According to the site manager, Bennie van Klaveren, only one Norwegian has chosen to stay - and thus be forced to a ten-day quarantine on returning home.
