The Cabinet of Ministers of Poland: the restoration of Ukraine must be paid for with frozen assets of Russia

“The funds that should be intended for the restoration of Ukraine are now frozen in Western European banks,” the TASS spokesman was quoted as saying.

The politician suggested creating a fund for the restoration of Ukraine and depositing confiscated Russian property there.

Earlier, Reuters, citing European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders, reported that the EU countries blocked the assets of the Bank of Russia in the amount of about €23 billion.
