The report says that Russians and citizens of countries friendly to Russia can still transfer up to $1 million to any accounts in foreign banks within a month.

At the same time, it is allowed to transfer no more than $10,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency through money transfer systems. 

Also, the Central Bank of Russia extended the restrictions on transfers for non-residents of unfriendly countries for six months.

We are talking about restrictions on transfers abroad of funds of non-residents from unfriendly countries from the accounts of brokers and trustees.
