On August 25, in Bagua Village, Chengkan, Huizhou District, Huangshan City, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, a millennium ancient village in southern Anhui, villagers will harvest corn, soybeans, rice, buckwheat, pumpkin and red pepper and other fruits returned to their warehouses and dry them according to local conditions.

  On the drying yard, the villagers spelled out the words "Guotai, people's peace and prosperity" and cartoon images of soldiers and nurses with colorful fruits, expressing good wishes to the motherland in a peculiar way of farmers, and paying tribute to the medical workers and soldiers who are retrograde in the fight against the epidemic and floods. The rich patterns and vivid autumn seasons have become a beautiful landscape in autumn.

  "Baking in autumn" is a common phenomenon of production and life in southern Anhui. The climate in southern Anhui is humid. In order to better preserve the crops, every autumn, the villagers will take advantage of the fine weather to dry the freshly harvested crops on the drying yard in the village or on the drying racks in front of and behind the house.
