Slovakian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to China Dusan Bella said at the opening ceremony that digital technology has played a key role in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, as well as in the recovery and expansion of consumption. It also contributes to new products, new services and new businesses. Formal empowerment brings new changes to the education, medical and other industries.

Ma Xiaoli, vice chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in China, said that for Europe and China, digitalization has promoted the transformation and upgrading of many traditional industries and the establishment of new business models. It has become an indispensable role and will become more and more important.
European companies are actively participating in the digital reform. At the same time, Chinese companies are also welcome to develop in Europe and provide input and support in digital payment and other aspects.
Wang Jie, vice president of Schneider Electric China, believes that under China's "dual carbon" goal, the importance of digital technology has become increasingly prominent.
"Digitalization can help companies improve their efficiency, thereby reducing carbon emissions." Wang Jie said, digital technology promotes the integration of energy and automation, which is also one of the keys to enhancing corporate resilience and promoting sustainable development.
According to statistics, the European Economic and Trade Fair has been successfully held for fifteen sessions, attracting more than 11,000 Chinese and European companies to participate in the conference, successfully arranged more than 29,000 business matching meetings, and reached more than 3,100 intentional cooperation agreements.
