The "Coalition" thwarts a Houthi attack in the southern Red Sea, and the Yemeni forces are advancing in Hajjah

Today, Friday, the Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced the destruction of a booby-trapped boat belonging to the terrorist Houthi militia south of the Red Sea, noting that the militias used the port of Hodeidah to launch the booby-trapped boat.

And the Saudi Press Agency "SPA" quoted the coalition as confirming that the militias are using the port of Hodeidah militarily, threatening freedom of navigation and global trade.

This coincides with the return of commercial activity to the port of Mocha on the western coast, which witnessed the export of the first shipments of Yemeni vegetables to African markets, and one day after a naval formation affiliated with the Fifth Military District managed to destroy two booby-trapped boats of the Houthis on the coast of Midi, north of the Red Sea.

On Friday, the Yemeni forces announced that they had shot down and destroyed a Houthi drone, hours after intercepting and destroying a booby-trapped Houthi naval boat on the coast north of Hajjah.

In the capital, Sana’a, coalition fighters destroyed Houthi sites containing ballistic missile stores and booby-trapped marches, in the Al-Masjid area in the Bani Matar district, west of the capital, and in the Al-Jarf area north of Sana’a, which led to the death of an expert in missile launches, Hafez Fadl Hadi.

The raids also targeted Houthi sites in Jabal Aiban, west of the city, and Al-Nahdain camp in the vicinity of the presidential house, south of the capital.

The Arab coalition announced, at dawn today, Friday, that it had launched air strikes on legitimate militia sites in Sanaa, in response to the threat and the military necessity to protect civilians, pointing to the destruction of a site that included control rooms for drones west of Sanaa.

This comes with the continuation of the fighting between the Yemeni army and the tribes on the one hand, and the militias on the other hand, on the fronts of the southern axis of the governorate, concentrated in the Al-Faliha desert, during which the militias incurred heavy losses among their members, including the leader “Jawad Abdul Hakim Al-Junaid, the leader Saleh Yahya, and Ayman Al-Qarni, And Alaa Jamil Al-Kahlani, and Abu Hamza Al-Sayed.

In Taiz, the joint forces destroyed Houthi combat vehicles on the Makbanah front, west of the governorate, while trying to move them towards the seam areas, leaving Houthis dead and wounded, and this is the second time that Houthi vehicles have been targeted in the district in a week.

In the al-Ahtoub front, in the Jabal Habashi district, "Jabal al-Buwaiter" was liberated after battles between the army and militias on Thursday evening, which left 20 Houthis dead and wounded.
