Science and Technology Daily News (Reporter Li He) On the 22nd, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment notified the completion of the environmental air quality goals for the autumn and winter of 2019-2020 in key regions. From October 2019 to March 2020, the ambient air quality in key areas improved year-on-year, the average concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) decreased by 14.9% year-on-year, and the number of days of heavy pollution decreased by 39% year-on-year. The "2 + 26" cities in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and the surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Fenwei Plain all exceeded the improvement target of a year-on-year decrease in the average PM2.5 concentration and a decrease in the year of heavy pollution days.

Among them, the average concentration of PM2.5 in the "2 + 26" cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding areas was 70 micrograms / cubic meter, a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%. There were 395 days of heavy pollution, a year-on-year decrease of 36.2%, and the improvement target of an average PM2.5 concentration reduction of 4% year-on-year and a 6% year-on-year reduction of heavy pollution days were exceeded; the average PM2.5 concentration in the Yangtze River Delta region was 46 micrograms per cubic meter. A year-on-year decrease of 16.4%. There were 60 days of heavy pollution, a decrease of 58% year-on-year, and the improvement target of an average PM2.5 concentration reduction of 2% year-on-year and a 2% year-on-year reduction of heavy pollution was exceeded; the average PM2.5 concentration in Fenwei Plain was 70 μg / m3, A year-on-year decrease of 11.4%; 152 days of heavy pollution occurred, a decrease of 34.8% year-on-year, and the improvement target of an average PM2.5 concentration decrease of 3% year-on-year and a heavy pollution day of 3% year-on-year was exceeded.

The three cities with the lowest average PM2.5 concentration in the "2 + 26" cities are Beijing, Langfang and Changzhi, with 47, 55 and 55 micrograms / cubic meter respectively; the three cities with the highest concentration are Anyang, Puyang and Shijiazhuang in sequence, They are 94, 84 and 81 micrograms per cubic meter. From the point of view of improvement, in addition to Taiyuan and Jining, 26 cities have achieved PM2.5 concentration improvement targets.
