Temporary suspension of Etihad Airways flights to Tel Aviv
Etihad Airways today announced a temporary suspension of passenger and cargo flights to Tel Aviv.
Flight EY598 from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv and flight EY599 from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi, which were scheduled to operate on May 16, have been canceled, while company staff are assisting affected guests in adjusting their travel plans.
A spokesman for the carrier said that Etihad Airways will continue to monitor the situation in Israel and work with the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures.
He indicated that the safety of guests and staff remains at the top of Etihad Airways' priorities.
