In Zhuang Yayun's view, the team's design plan is to integrate local villagers' food, housing, travel, travel, and purchase through the excavation of local culture and characters, and enhance the development of the village.

Zhuang Yayun suggested that Ningde City should promote the establishment of a service network of "Architects' Homes across the Straits" to build a support platform for cross-strait young architects' exchanges, promotion, and policy communication.
Lin Yanfeng, director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Ningde City, said that the cooperation between Ningde (Germany) and Taiwan (Bay) townships provides a broad stage for Taiwanese youths to display their talents and growth space for entrepreneurship and employment. It is also a road to rural revitalization with characteristics of eastern Fujian.
