Lin was indicted for three years and two months from May 2014 on charges such as stealing photos from other people on social media sites such as Facebook and Line and building friendships, and then receiving them from minors to take nude photos. It is known that they shared with netizens by requesting additional exposure photos through threats such as revealing the photos to the victim girl who sent them nude photos.



According to the Taiwanese media, photos of about 120 victims, including a sophomore in elementary school, were organized along with personal information on Lin's computer, which was confiscated at the time of the arrest.



The crime was revealed when a middle school girl reported to the police that a nude photo of herself had been leaked on the Internet.



At the time of his arrest, Lin was expected to enter the graduate school of Taiwan University Medical School, but his admission was revoked due to this incident.
