21.39 on Friday, an alarm came about a riot inside a home in Hjältevad in Eksjö municipality.
A man in his 30s had injured his stomach with a sharp object.
According to the police, the man was bleeding heavily.
He was taken by ambulance to hospital.
He should not have received life-threatening injuries.
There was a man in his 35s left in the home who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The place was cordoned off and interrogations were made with other people on the spot.
Not life-threatening injuries
Another man in his 30s was suspected of involvement in the crime and taken to the police station for questioning.
Both men were arrested later in the night on suspicion of attempted murder.
The injured man was not judged to be life-threateningly injured.
The police have been able to interrogate him during the night.
