Suspected abandonment of baby body shortly after birth Vietnamese mother arrested November 13, 10:43

On the 12th, the body of a newborn baby was found on the premises of a house in Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and a Vietnamese mother of a technical intern trainee was arrested on suspicion of abandoning the body.

The person arrested was Suon Ti Vott (26), a Vietnamese technical intern trainee living in Shiwa Nishi, Shiwa-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima City.



According to police, from the 11th to the 12th at about 2:30 pm, the corpse was abandoned for burying a newborn baby girl in the soil of the dormitory of the company where the training was conducted. There is suspicion.



A company official who was confessed by Suspect that he had "buried the child he gave birth to" found the body yesterday and reported it to the police, saying that he "has abandoned it." It means that he has made a statement and admitted the suspicion.



There was no noticeable trauma to the body, with the umbilical cord and placenta attached, and in the house where the body was found, he lived with a female colleague of a technical intern trainee.



Police are investigating the cause of death of the baby and how it was abandoned.
