Seven years ago, a 35-year-old suspect was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of obscenity for forcibly touching the body of an elementary school boy in Adachi Ward, Tokyo.

The statute of limitations was approaching July, but it was said that the arrest was triggered by re-analyzing the image of the security camera with a new technology.

The person who was arrested was a Korean-registered suspect, Satoshi Zenhiro (35), who was a part-time job in Kita-ku, Tokyo.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in 2015, seven years ago, on the streets of Adachi Ward, he called out to a boy in the third grade of elementary school at that time, saying, "I want you to be a model for photography," and took him to a nearby parking lot and forcibly touched his body. There is a suspicion of forced obscenity.

A security camera around the scene showed a man riding a blue bicycle, but at that time the image was rough and he could not see his face.

But last month, a new technology was used to re-analyze the footage, which made it possible to clearly identify the face, and the investigation revealed that all suspects who owned the bicycle were suspected of being involved. ..

The statute of limitations was about four months later, approaching July.

It means that we reserve the approval or disapproval of the investigation.
