From 2019 to May 2020, national procuratorates intervened in 1,885 cases of major drug crimes in advance. Supervised public security organs filed 1,591 cases with 1,719 people. From 2019 to May 2020, procuratorial organs across the country applied a guilty plea punishment leniency system to deal with 70,979 drug crime cases, and the people’s courts adopted a sentencing recommendation of 85.67%.
