In addition to cash card and credit card transactions at convenience store ATMs, cashless payment service charges for smartphones, and ATMs at bank head offices and branches have become difficult to use, using cards from other banks. It means that the obstacle has not been resolved even in the morning of one day, which is almost half a day after the outbreak, due to the transaction of the case.



Banks are investigating the cause of the failure and rushing to recover, but so far there is no prospect of recovery.
