Second-hand residential sales prices rose 1.0% month-on-month, or 0.1 percentage points lower than last month. In June, preliminary estimates showed that the sales prices of newly built commercial housing and second-hand housing in first-tier cities rose by 3.3% and 5.2% year-on-year, respectively, an increase of 0.4 and 1.1 percentage points from the previous month. The sales prices of newly built commercial housing in second-tier cities rose by 5.3% year-on-year, a decrease of 0.1 percentage points from the previous month; the sales prices of second-hand residential buildings increased by 2.0% year-on-year, the same increase as last month.
