Munich (dpa) - The future Bayern head coach Julian Nagelsmann would like to bring his former assistant coach Alfred Schreuder to Munich, according to media information.

As ESPN reported on Friday, citing unspecified sources, Nagelsmann wants to convince the Dutchman to move from FC Barcelona to the German record champions.

Nagelsmann already worked with Schreuder at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

The 48-year-old is currently the assistant to his compatriot Ronald Koeman in Spain.

According to “Bild” information, Schreuder’s involvement in Munich is “a thoroughly realistic scenario”.

The 33-year-old Nagelsmann will move from RB Leipzig to FC Bayern in the summer for a high million dollar transfer.

In Munich he receives a five-year contract.
