　　Regarding the difficulty in verifying the basic facts involved in the case, Bi Dongli reminded that individual citizens should enhance their awareness of keeping personal archives.

　　"There are some materials in the original personal files that need to be filled out by individual citizens or applied to relevant units for issuance. For such materials, individual citizens should promptly process and provide them to the archive preservation unit."
