A strike notice was filed by three SNCF unions on Thursday.
Many TGVs will be canceled this weekend on the Atlantic axis, in the west of France.
The biggest disruption will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
One in three Atlantic TGVs will be canceled on Saturday and Sunday, and one in ten canceled on Friday, due to a strike call launched by three unions, SNCF announced Thursday in a statement.
The notice of a joint strike by CGT-Cheminots, SUD-Rail and CFDT-Cheminots will affect the movement of TGV Inoui and Ouigo on the TGV Atlantique axis, SNCF said.
Negotiations on remuneration and working conditions "could not find a favorable outcome at this stage", indicates the management.
