As specified in the department, as a result of the incident, a man living in the apartment where the gas clap occurred, burned 27% of the body and was hospitalized.
“The ceilings in the apartment where the incident took place were not damaged, the construction of the house was not damaged, property damage was not caused to the residents of neighboring apartments,” the department added.
Earlier it was reported that gas popping occurred in a residential building in the Khabarovsk Territory.
