Around 4 pm on the 23rd, about five investigators from the Abashiri Maritime Security Office entered the ship moored in Utoro, Shari-cho, and checked the radio equipment installed.

As for the "Shiretoko Tour Boat", as a result of interviews so far, it was known that the necessary commercial radio license was not originally obtained, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications announced on the 21st that the company as a corporation and Sei Katsura.
