However, in order to eliminate waiting-list children waiting for the vacancy of the nursery school, only the local governments that cannot secure a saucer due to the shortage of nursery teachers are allowed to run the class with two nursery teachers who work shorter hours from the new year.



According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, as a general rule, childcare workers who work short hours work less than 6 hours a day or work days less than 20 days a month.



Regarding this, there are voices from nursery teachers and parents who are concerned that the quality of childcare may deteriorate.

In response to these voices, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare notified local governments nationwide about the operation of running classes with only short-time childcare workers.

In this, we are requesting that we take temporary measures until we secure full-time childcare workers and confirm whether we are working to secure human resources, such as recruiting full-time childcare workers.



He also said that it is not appropriate to assign different daycare workers to keep the child's mind stable, and that the class guidance plan should be shared throughout the daycare center so as not to reduce the quality of childcare. is.
