The sightseeing boat that sank off the Shiretoko Peninsula in Hokkaido and fell while being carried by a work boat was lifted to the sea surface again on the 26th, fixed next to the work boat, and withdrawn off the coast of Utoro, Shari Town at 10:30 pm. It was transported to a sea area with a depth suitable for work.

According to the 1st Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, the work of lifting the hull from the surface of the water onto the work boat has already begun at the site.



However, since the work is done carefully using a crane, the withdrawal is expected to be completed before dawn on the 27th.



The hull will eventually be transported to Abashiri Port, where the water inside the ship will be drained before landing.
