Dr. Sherif Abbas, the doctor accused of causing the death of journalist Wael El-Ibrashi, declined to make any statements regarding the investigation of him at the meeting held by the Medical Syndicate today.

Regarding the investigation with him by the Public Prosecution Office regarding the accusation of the media widow, Wael Al-Ibrashi, that he caused the death of her husband, he said that he had not been summoned by the Public Prosecution until now.

Pointing out that the prosecution summoned the complainant, who is the family of the late journalist Wael Al-Ibrashi, adding: "I will not leave the investigation even if it was preserved by the prosecution or the family of the late waived, I will continue the investigation of defamation against me."

He said, "I will not make any press statements until after the prosecution's investigations are over. The lawyers told me to speak."

The official investigation session continued in the complaint submitted by Dr. Sherif Abbas, accused of causing the death of the journalist Wael Al-Ibrashi as a result of a medical error and giving him an unauthorized drug against Dr. Khaled Montaser, to the Physicians Syndicate on charges of defaming him, or accusing the former of causing the death of the journalist Wael Al-Ibrashi and conducting experiments Clinical on the patient without his permission and the use of Sovaldi drug in the treatment of corona.

The sources confirmed that the doctor came to the union after the hearing of Dr. Khaled Montaser's statements, and preferred not to meet directly with him to prevent quarrels between them.

The sources added: "The investigation included both sides, the first complainant, Dr. Khaled Montaser, and the second, the complainant, Dr. Sharif Abbas, who is accused of causing the death of the journalist Wael Al-Ibrashi as a result of a medical error and giving him an unauthorized drug."
