  Among them, the precipitation in the three counties (cities) of Lingshi, Yushe, and Jiexiu are all above 200 mm, and the precipitation in the remaining 8 counties (districts) are all above 130 mm.

A total of 3,454 hidden dangers of various types were detected. 2245 items were rectified, 24 scenic spots, 45 coal mines, 44 non-coal mines, 115 projects under construction, and 15 hazardous chemical enterprises were shut down.

In order to reduce the pressure of flood control in the lower reaches of the Wuma River, 1.4 million cubic meters of floods were distributed in 6 towns and villages in Taigu District, 566 people were resettled, 9700 mu of farmland was destroyed, and the downstream flood control pressure was minimized.

  During this rainfall, the roadbed of the Changyuan River Bridge section of the Nantongpu Railway Line in Qixian County was damaged and interrupted in both directions. The city and county levels cooperated with the Taiyuan Railway Bureau and various railway engineering bureaus to race against time and fight day and night to open the 30-meter-long section. The flood discharge channel will intercept the Changyuan River for 12 hours. The upstream line was opened to traffic on October 8, and the downstream line is being repaired.
