The case dates back to the spring.

At that time, a 19-year-old inmate was assigned to another cell after another prisoner attempted to strangle him.

A rumor then circulated within the establishment, the young man being suspected of being a "pointer".

In front of his new fellow prisoners who asked him for explanations, the latter had then confessed to them to have been attacked and scarified with a razor blade in the showers.

He then lifted his T-shirt and showed his stomach on which was inscribed the word "rape" in capital letters, specifies the daily.

Recognized on CCTV images

The management of the penal establishment alerted, an investigation had started and one of the attackers had been clearly identified by the victim.

At the bar, the defendant, now detained in another prison, denied the facts while the CCTV images attest to his presence in the showers at the time of the facts.

The court sentenced him to four years in prison.
